Onyx Cards W/ Missing Player Portraits on PC

Onyx CP3, Admiral, and JKidd are all missing their portraits. This trend has been going on for three weeks in a row, where the newest-highest rated card doesn't have his portrait. The biggest damage here however is that these cards can crash an online game. Multiple people w/ these cards, or have played against these cards, I've talked to have experienced this. C'mon 2K.

That's a common problem across all platforms, so it will be dealt with faster. If you want to escalate it, submit a ticket, get the number to your case, and tweet it to 2K support and LD with your steam ID.

This problem has been fixed. Thanks to those who submitted tickets and raised the problem with the support/community managers on twitter etc.
