How does regression work in rtts?

Can you head off regression by training anything or does a specific stat go down if you don't train it? How long does it take? I've heard like two months but mine seem to degrade much faster than that. Any tips? My player is pretty pumped up at this point and some things are quite expensive to train.

After two months of not training an area, your player will begin to regress. As far as how fast it will regress, I don't know. To stop the regression you have to train it at least one point.

when the down arrow besides the attribute is yellow it doesn't decrease it's warning you to train that attribute or if neglected in I believe a week the arrow turns red and decreases points rather quickly.

If the attribute is maxed out then it will be a month before you can put any training points into that attribute, That's what I've found so far
