Ball indicator question

I noticed on some flys to outfield it will have a blue bar and faded yellow at top of ball indicator. What is that?

tag up indicator, meaning for best results, position your outfielder on the blue bar to give them the best chance of making a good throw to try and throw out a runner who may be tagging up to advance after the catch.
