Is it possible to download ps4 rosters onto a USB and upload to your console? Is it likely to be possible for the show 15?

Is there a website version of the roster vault where you can find PC downloadable rosters or do you just have to ask the maker to upload them on a thread here?

Any input on this?

I can't seem to find an answer anywhere and this is sort of crucial to my decision of whether or not to get the show and a ps4 since I don't have internet at home.

Yeah you can the hard part is getting anybody to take the time and upload roster files for USB.
