Traded in The Order: 1886 and Assassin's Creed Unity for a total of $68.60. Best Buy has an extra 30% trade in bonus that ends today as far as I know. I'm up to $266 in Best Buy credit. Getting closer and closer to finally having an Xbox One.

Guess we going to have a Amazon Prime, Gamestop Power up and anything on sale on PSN or Xbox Live can't be posted on Game deals thread either. Why we got it?

Agreed. The only "non gaming deal" discussion in the other thread was the same few people over and over complaining they didn't care because they didn't have GCU.

Re: The Official Best Buy Gamers Club Thread

Had a question about GCU, is it good to have if I don't buy that many games? I have a PS4, 3DS, and XBox 1, but I really don't buy that many games. 2K, Madden, and then games I get interested in like DBZ recently or MK soon. Probably 11 games for all 3 systems since last summer, would it be worth it?

Well you save 20% on all new games, get reward certificates for points earned (dollars spent) and also pre-orders, saving on pre-owned, getting more on trade-ins etc etc. I can't find the current price but if you can still get GCU for $30 bucks then the answer is absolutely.

It pays for itself rather quickly. And the extra perks besides getting $60 games for $48 add up quite nicely. Totally worth it IMO and anyone who purchases games on a regular basis and likes saving money should absolutely be a BB GCU member.

If you buy 5 new games at $60, it pays for it self if you get the $30/year deal. I personally wouldn't have GCU if it was full price (I think $120).

If you're going to buy 8-10 or more games, it's definitely worth it. Add on games that you can pre-order and get the $10 gift certificate plus Best Buy Rewards, you'll be getting free games in no time.
