Is there a way to get Players like TMac who are in MyTeam mode as onyx cards into MyLeague or even quick games?

Not sure what system you're on but Nick Smith has a roster on Xbox one called ns roster which has a created Tracy McGrady. It has some historic players mixed in the rosters too which I really like but you could readjust them if you wanted I'm sure.

Yes you can. Therese a glitch , if you start a rttp game you can pause it and let the timer expire. It will boot you back to main menue with alter roster including all onix and ruby's for use in blaktop mode.
