Is NCAA 11 for the PS3/360 still playable?

If I bought 11 today and without access to patches and tuners, would the game still be playable? I ask because 11 seems to have a special place in a lot of gamers' hearts and is still played hard to this day. I use to have 11 and that was the last NCAA game where I went deep in a dynasty.

My biggest worry is the supposed player progression in dynasty, or lack thereof. Will that hamper my experience? I am also pretty sure I can't get any of the patches or tuners for it since the game isn't online anymore, but I could be wrong about that.

Any advice would be appreciated.

This game is very playable.Use the Dynasty and Madden editor to make some changes and adjustments. Still look and plays great.

Without a doubt.Decided that I like seeing uniforms dirty in fair weather games, so I started experimenting with the editor.Dynasty,Madden and eb editor all will work with ncaa fooball 11. Finding out some little tidbits that brings more animations to the game as well as my slider set. Game plays very good to me.
