Best day and time to play RTTP?

I'm attempting to finish up RTTP and have gone hours on end without finding someone to play against. I'm on PC which explains the lack of competition.

Is there any regional matchmaking limits? I would try during your local prime time?

I've tried that, still can't find a match. Can anyone on PC help?

1600-2400 European time seems best. Rarely have to wait over 5 minutes.

I've had this problem on PC as well. Best thing I've found was to post a thread on the Steam Discussion saying what seed you're in and add people to your friend list who are in that seed as well. Then whenever one of them is online you can send them a message and play with them. Anytime you move to a new seed or need more people just post a new thread. I'm in Seed 3 btw if you're in that seed
