How do I cross court pass with some zip on pass and have it be accurate?

1. Make better passes. This isn't madden, you're not Brady throwing into 3 defenders. Do that in 2k, it will get tipped by any competent defender.

I use pro stick for baseline to middle of court and vice versa. But when on the baseline and the shooter is wide open on the other baseline, the pass is too slow and the defense recovers, when using icon passing. Also pro stick passing many times in that situation passes to wrong guy.
