Okay, so I decided to go ahead and try and start up my own Dynasty.

I'm not looking for a Dynasty with a lot of the same user teams that we all see around the forums. So this dynasty will be 2-3* to mix it up a bit. I have decided to remove Ole Miss, Miss st, and Baylor. Rated fairly high and not even sure why they are still rated with 3 stars.

I WILL be picky about who I allow in the league, based on if I have played in leagues with you, If there have been problems in other leagues with you, If I have not been in a league with you but you are in another league I will check activity just because I really don't want a league that is going to go down hill quickly.

RULES

1. Everyone knows the deal with Restarts, not allowed. Obviously things happen but don't let it happen often. Photo required unless you have a power outage or something that you obviously coouldn't get a photo of. To many restarts will result in your game being thrown out and simmed.

2. Avoid overuse of Money Plays
-Curls and comebacks
-QB scrambling without going through reads/having receivers run out and then take off.
-Make your QB drop back realistic

3. No Stat Boosting. If up by 28 in the 4th You must run the clock and put in your back ups.
User games- Obviously can't do mass subs, but at least try to run down the clock.

4. 4th down attempts, be smart with this everyone knows whats reasonable and what is non-sim. You can only go for it:
-Losing in the 4th quarter
-In that range where you will most likely miss a fieldgoal but to close to punt it.
-Inside the 5 yard line
-Near the end of the 4th (2 min) if you are leading by a TD or FG. But only if it is 4th and short, don't go for it on 4th and 10 (not sure why anyone would.
-If you are leading by 3 TD's do not go for a 4th down, there is no reason to with the lead.

5. No Switch Rule (ball in air)
-No User Catch
-No User Pick
-You can Only user pick if you are on that defender before the pass.

6. NO SIMMING GAMES


RECRUITING

1. No ATH are to be signed

2. +3 recruiting. (After first season) I will post everyones limit at the start of every year.

3. Can recruit as many recruits up to 1* higher than your school prestige.

4. Can recruit 3 recruits that are 2* higher than your school prestige

-example: 2* school can recruit as many 1-3* recruits as he pleases but can only recruit 3 4* recruits. This is up for debate but I would rather us not see a massive jump quickly with all the glitchs and what not. I feel this will make building up a team harder.

5. Cannot redshirt Juniors and Seniors (not sure if anyone does this anyone but just in case it is here.)

6. Cannot cut Seniors

OFF-SEASON

1. If a junior is declaring for the draft you cannot pitch for him to stay if he is projected to go in the 1st or 2nd round.

2. If a RS Sophmore is declaring for the draft you cannot pitch for him to stay if he is projected to go in the 1st round.

IF ANYONE USES THE "GRAY" AREA IN WHATEVER RULES OR KNOW THAT SOMETHING IS NOT SIM BUT IS NOT SPECIFIED IN THE RULES AND THEY DO IT ANYWAY YOU WILL GET 1 WARNING, AFTER THAT WARNING YOU WILL BE BOOTED.
