What If?: A Charlotte Bobcats Existence Re-Done!

I am going to attempt to develop the Charlotte Bobcats from expansion '04 onwards playing on Fastbreak Pro Basketball 3. I have attempted NFL and NCAA Football dynasties before but have never achieved what I envision at the start, here's hoping for a change.

I will be beginning with and recapping the 2003-04 season leading into the Bobcats entering the league with the expansion draft and NBA draft. Again this is a 'from scratch attempt' to build a franchise that in real life just hasn't gained or sustained any momentum.
