Best Defensive Chemistry for solo challenges in MUT?

Historically, I'm not the guy that only uses his gaming time on Madden, however I am somewhat enjoying this years edition. Being that I am not that guy that only plays Madden and nothing else, I must turn to the pros!

So, I am constantly being beat deep in the challenges once I get to the PRO level. Is it better to go Man or Zone? Also, is there any pre-snap adjustments that I should make? I do not control the secondary because my focus is on the pass rush.

I find the man defense works better. I haven't tried ZD that much, but for a stretch of 5-7 games when I was at your OVR I used ZD players/chemistry/playcalling and it didnt seem to work as well...

MD is pretty good... Corner/Post routes are pretty uncoverable, as well as drag routes, but you can't stop everything.

I don't think the +MD chemistry actually matters that much; what matters is just what plays you call, and what kind of players you put on your team (man coverage corners are generally faster/quicker, and ofc have a high MC rating).
