MyGM promotion problems?

There isn't much when I searched google, but I can't seem to figure out how to run promotions in myGM. Even when I talk to my CFO, I don't have the option.

Any suggestions?

I've done it a couple times, but I don't remember, maybe I talked to the assistant GM? Or maybe you don't have any promotion points?

It is kind of pointless anyway, the actual GM management portion of MyGM gets way too easy once your GM levels up some (as you get up over lvl 50 especially). Too many perks, bonuses, and such. Any team you choose, once your GM is leveled up some, is a powerhouse about halfway through the first season (if you start with a decent team), or by the second season if you start with a poor team. Players develop super quick and their potentials all go sky high. Attendance, fan approval, team chemistry, morale, etc are all way too easy to maintain. Anyway, I'm saying promotions are useless in MyGM anyway, so don't worry if you can't get them to work.

If you are just starting out and want to get to this point where your GM is basically a stud, just start another MyGM with any random team, sim through 2-3 seasons to level up your GM, then go back to the MyGM save you actually want to play through and you'll have all the perks and bonuses carry over.
