Player Scouting Video Report: Who Do You Want to See ? By Sam Pham

Hey OS! Sam Pham here ^_^

I am thinking of making indepth video scouting reports for individual NBA players in 2K15. I need you guys to give some feedback as to which player you want to see ^_^
*1st report is completed, scroll down to see

The report will include the following:

- Player X:
1) Primary Offensive Abilities
2) Best Offesnive System/Role for player to thrive in
2) Best Suited Defensive Role
3) Perfect Release Points and Hot Zones
4) Most Effective Default Dribble/Post Signature Moves and Animations + How/When to use them
5) Tailor Made Offensive Set of 4 (default plays and customize plays )
6) 1 Qtr Demonstration of Running Offence Through the Player with Commentary

* I will do a report for the first player to get three votes and then the second and then the third etc. Let me know if you guys are interested ^_^
**Kelly Olynk is will be in the first ever one because hapa17 asked me to do it earlier ^_^

I would love to see one on Nikola Mirotic

To see if he's as versatile in 2k as he has been this year on the bulls.

If you do combos i'd love to see the Monroe-Drummond combo of the Pistons.Drummond is difficult offensively and Monroe pretty limited without a consistent jumpshot, although you can use these weapons with him:jump hook, dropstep, faceup drive, spin layup and of course his passing off the pinch post/high post.

LOVE IT!

it's great watching your process for figuring out how to use a player. i've always been more of a pick-it-up-and-play player, and i just try to shoehorn the real life scouting report in my head into the game. for instance, i don't think the celtics really use kelly much on post-ups in real life, so i haven't used him in the post much in 2k. but had i bothered checking out his badges, then i would have realized i need to take him down into the left block. this also gives me incentive to learn how to properly drop step in the post. i try it here and there every game, but haven't perfected it yet.

i also love seeing your thought process on getting a player going. you avoid jumpers early and try to get him going in the post. ever since following your youtube videos, i've tried to be MUCH more appreciative of the effects of momentum in the game and to players. i tend to play well in spurts, but when i go cold, i go ICE cold. i think what happens is that eventually the outside opens up more through the course of the game, but i'm not that great a shooter, so i'll brick some jumpers and then i've got nothing since the celtics don't have much of an overpowering offensive threat. it should help learning my players' hot spots and bending my offense toward their zones.

it's crazy how cerebral this game is. i only play Superstar Sim, but man, i WANT to master it! i'll keep working at it. you've given me the tools to try and figure out my other celtics players. thanks again, master pham. i am in your debt.
