I'm considering applying for a subforum to create a new league but I want at least half the league full before I'll consider it.
Teams are going to be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis. I'll take Portland.

I'd encourage you (if you know good reliable sim players) to let people know about this. I'd like to create this league but if interest isn't there, I'll axe it.
