Me and a friend are playing as owners, he is in the negative and I float around the 4-8 million with the rare 12 mil. How can we get more money?

Raise your ticket prices as high as they go. You'll always sell 50% so unless you are already coming close to selling out (which you probably aren't if you are struggling to make money) then 50% at the top price is better than selling a few more tickets but at much cheaper prices.

Then cut as much salary as you can. You can easily net 40-50m+ a season doing this even in a terrible market.

Don't be overly aggressive in FA

Be careful resigning guys. biggest mistake most people make involves giving out nice signing bonuses.

Don't ignore prices and think your finances will be fine. You need to toy with them.

Don't rush into building a new stadium.

Consider acquiring one or two high marketability guys. It increases jersey sales and may even influence other revenue sources.

Win.

If you are a small market team, you have to tough it out a bit. EA kind of over did it on this aspect of the game. Even small market teams do well financially in real life. This is not MLS or something.

If it says Good Value at the highest price point, I believe you are maximizing the revenue for that particular item. You can back out and go back into finances immediately and it will update the value rating. Maximizing your different happiness ratings will also increase sales. For instance, hiring higher level staff members (which also benefits your team). Roster rating can also be manipulated. If you go change your schemes to maximize your starters overall it will increase your roster rating (careful this will effect players interest when resigning on your team).

Moving to a bigger market/building a bigger better stadium is an option too of course. #GoDucks
