MyLeague vs MyGM

I know this thread topic has been done before, but here's an actual poll.

I'm looking to dive into a 'Franchise mode' with the Lakers. Which is a better option for me, and others who are looking to dive in? MyLeague or MyGM? Which do you prefer and why?

I would go MyLeague purely on the option to veto CPU/CPU trades if you want.

Do people usually control all 30 teams on MyLeague?

I do not.

I preferred how in last gen you could "resign" from a team, sign with a new team, make some trades you deemed necessary, then go back to your team.

I don't like controlling all 32 teams, all the time though.

MyLeague because the draft classes are too highly talented in MyGM. I love the draft class quality slider in MyLeague.

MyLeague - Mainly because you can edit everything, In MyGM since you can't edit potential, player ratings just get way too out of hand and 50% of the guards have 95+ 3pt shooting and 90+ layups. Along with being unable to edit contracts so RFA actually stay with their teams instead of just bolting immediately or Franchise greats like Kobe, Duncan, Dirk don't leave and join the 76ers or the Timberwolves for 4M a year.

I prefer MyGM just do to all the off the court stuff but MyLeague is a much better/less frustrating mode

I really like MY GM as its fun to be in that role but yea I wish it had the customization of my league. For example I like to tweak players and yes it would be really nice to be able to edit everything including draft picks.

Re: MyLeague vs MyGM

MyLeague is better because you can prevent wacky trades. I am playing MyGM because I love the challenges, but a lot of headscratcher trades... players returning to teams that got rid of them... Boozer traded back to Chicago, Gerald Green back in Indiana, Peyton Siva back in Detroit (now on Nets, I traded for him). Just to name a few.
