So did anyone get him? I typed the code in about 1 min and a half after the tweet and it was already expired.

Apparently it's auctionable, I wonder how much he'll be, anyone that redeemed him basically got one of the best SGs in game and probably 300k+ MT in the bank lol.

2K seriously failed on this one.

I watched the VERY SECOND the code dropped, entered it immediately and it told me the code was invalid. I was VERY careful to make sure the code was correct. There's no way I entered the wrong code.

I entered it about 6-7 more times, same result, "code is invalid."

On about the 9th or 10th attempt it finally worked, and of course, they were all out.

No more waiting on codes for me. They should find a better way to do this stuff, but they obviously never will. I'm beyond fed up with 2K Sports.

This was my exact experience last year. One time their servers were ****ed and didn't accept any codes and then they go ahead and release them randomly again when the servers were fixed.

Never again for me.

It's definitely overall, I'm on PC, and there's no way that many people playing on PC would redeem in that short amount of time, kinda wish they did it by console though.
