No, nothing has been confirmed by anyone within 2K. Also, it will not be Kobe because Kobe is not one of the Pink Diamond cards. We already have the list of those players in another post. Kobe will likely be getting an Onyx release soon.

Hard to say. Last time it was released by the actual player. Ronnie and LD usually retweet it, but by the time they do it will likely be gone.
