(THE GLANCE)Great Tip I formulated to feel the rush and Improve Passing Statistics!!!
Everyone know that the QB position is the most difficult and important position to play in the NFL. You have to make smart throws and make smart decisions.OK I can get into the dynamics of all progression and etc. But I'm not.The first thing I do once I snap the ball is take a quick glance (not even a whole second) at the "THE BOX" for those who don't know what that is its the area where the O-line and D-line is at. The reason for me help psychologically to see if your QB can relax in the pocket after he completes his drop back (pay attention to the length of the drop back by the way) and see if pressure coming. The glance is to see if u can scramble or move out the pocket to open up other passing windows. You must go through Progressions after the glance. So glance at the line then go through progressions quickly. Real QB progressions are Safeties, CB's LB's and then Line. But the glance at the line after the snap is just a tip. My progression are The BOX, S, CB , and then line. So once the glance is complete and the drop back is finish u should see the route and how you wanna step up into the pocket according to the WR u wanna hit. If done correctly. Any more Details hit me up fellas!!!
