TBFL Madden Recruiting for Year 2 (Xbox One)

After a tremendous first year of competition that saw us build a strong core of players who met with both success and defeat, TBFL Madden is once again recruiting new players to begin our Year 2 off-season. We want to find the next addition to our strong core of folks.

We Value users that:

• Play Realistic "sim style" football
  
• Possess High levels of communication and commitment, through the use of our forum and GroupMe app. If you say you want in, we want you to be ALL in.
  
• Maintain Maturity and respect even in the face of losing to CPU and Users alike
  
• Want to enjoy the game of football for all of its drama, storylines, and epic moments of failure and success
  
• Committed to building a team long term and can follow rules. (Please review the rules in our seperate TBFL forum page marked below).

KEY THINGS THAT MAKE OUR FRANCHISE AWESOME:

• Coaches receive a randomized list of job offers whenever they join or are fired (Yes, you can be fired, we had one user already get the axe).
  
• We like to write and talk about football (both real and madden-based)
  
• We have a core group that remains committed to producing great experiences, and we run as a democracy when changing rules, setting up ideas or looking at ways to improve
  
• We do not advocate easy CPUs, but are always looking to ensure a healthy challenge
  
• We have users of multiple skill levels (And had users finish all over the map last season, from 2-14 to 9-7, to superbowl champs, respectively). You may get beaten bad one game, and author a comeback story the next.
  
• We run on a 4 day schedule (Advancements on Wednesdays and Sunday Nights every week)
  
• We have survived beyond issues of inactive coaches and minor disputes to continue to build a long lasting league
  
• Now is the perfect time to join as we wait on new users before heading to the Off-season
