Does retirement exist in 'Rising Star' mode?
Ok so my guy is 41 years old and there is no indication he is gonna retire anytime soon. Does retirement actually exist in this game?

Seems ridiculous that the developers wouldn't put retirement into a 'be a pro' mode

No option to retire. You play for 25 years and it ends.
