Trading a player?
Hey I want to try And trade a player but I'm not sure what the cap pen. Will be does it go the same as if I would release him? WR is 86ovr 5 yrs left on contract and gots a 12m signing bonus and if I release him I get a 10m cap pen. Over the course of 2 yrs if I trade would I still get a pen? I don't understand
