Seems like everyone shoots the lights out in MyPark except for my player (95 outside shooter). Single player I'm fine shooting but I think I'm messing up the timer online? Looks like Im releasing right on the correct tick mark.

Any tips/recommendations?

Try the rec it's a little better. Just played a match we were up took a 2 wide open 3s bricked right on the line. The other team pulls up and takes 4 straight contested threes all hit nothing but net. We were deep in their faces to the point the shots should have been blocked smh

I think there is a bug on contests. If you are too close, the game reads you as being behind the player. I know that I have contested jumpers in single player where I am so close my hand is reaching beyond the shooter and the game tells me it was bad defense.

Sorry to bump an old thread but did shooting ever get better for you ? I also have 95 shooting and brick a lot

I started making in most of my shots onlines. All I did was turn off the Meter and learn his form. It's not perfect but its way better as most of my shots (even the crazy half short ones) go in now. My rating is a 85 on those btw.

I turned the meter back on for myteam, but I know my guys from so it doesn't bother me

Turning off the meter helped a lot . Still don't feel like a 95 rated shooter though .It's very inconsistent for me. I think a lot of it is lag which is why my release feels different at times .

its helpful, but you will still have games now and then where your guy couldnt hit water even if he was throwing the ball into the ocean<_<

2k be getting me mad like that sometimes.
