XB1 Store Digital Release Question

When do pre-ordered digital games usually become playable on release dates? For an example I pre-ordered and already pre-downloaded NBA Live 15 to my hard drive from the Xbox Store. So I hope I can start playing it between midnight-3 in the morning on the 28th!

read the information box in the store. think it's 12am the 28th your time zone.

If I'm not mistaken, Live is out at 12am est and I'm not sure why, because most are released digitally at 3am eat.

Maybe EA is a willing participant for the time push up.

12:01 am eastern meaning 9:01 pm tonight if you live on the west coast.
