New Coach or existing coach (Offline CFM)

Hey All

I'm really into team building and player development. Does anyone know what bonuses the existing coaches get? especially when compared to a new (or legendary coach).

Specifically I'm wondering about the difference between Tom Landry (new/legend) or Jason Garrett for the Cowboys?

I was wondering the same thing regarding created or existing coaches. I may do some research on my own in starting CFM's and playing with it. I can't find this info anywhere. I'm sure I'm just not searching the right sources.
