Seems like Hip Hop Gamer has stirred up alot of youtube chatter with this video.

I can't take his views with a grain of salt, because of his erotic love for 2k. But this is crazy.

He didn't say anything I wasn't expecting to hear. We know the other game is going to be light years better in most aspects.

I also don't agree with his whole they need to scrap the dev team. It's that kind of thinking that got them in this spot in the first place.

ONLY reason you don't release gameplay videos is that it is terrible.


If you had something great, you'd be out there showing it.


That is just basic logic.


The game is going to get slaughtered once 'early access' videos hit the net. They should have producer v CPU gameplay videos all over the place by now saying "this is how to play". Instead, there will be early access users showing its every flaw.

Or, maybe they're just trying to spend as much time working on the game as possible. We don't know. Why bother with all the speculation and negativity?

The game is done. No one works on a game three days out from release bro.


I am not being negative. I am being realistic.


There's just no logical reason not to put out some cpu v cpu videos if they have a good game. People aren't expecting the world from this game. A CPU v Programmer video showing how the game is played would do a world of good.


There WILL be 100s of videos in a few days...all of them from EA early access users and most of them won't have a clue how to use the controls etc / will be slaughtering the AI when etc etc.


Why not control your own destiny by releasing a video of one of the programmers playing the CPU? Show people how it is meant to be played etc.


You only have to remember the Andrew Bynnum video to realise how much damage USER videos can do when there's nothing from the company itself.
