Cant load MyPlayer

A friend of mine hasn't been able to load his MyPlayer since the first few days of release Xbox 360. It just says the server is down (Its not) and gives the option to use the MyPlayer offline.

He tried calling the Customer Service number and I guess they no longer provide customer service? (This is what the automated message says).

He's literally tried everything as far as clearing online data and cache and nothing works. He's already spent $40 on VC and can't even use it. Does anyone have any solutions or similar issues?

Hi, i have been experiencing the same problem but now i am able to get into my career. Ask your friend to do exactly what I did and hopefully it works for him.

-Go online
-Play a full game of all-star team up


After you've played a full game of online all-star team up, load up your my career and it should get you in no problem. Hope this works for your friend, i've had this problem all day and i tried everything to fix it, good luck.
