Best Training Progression

I know that training is a big part this year so I'm hoping to start this thread to discuss just that.
Some things I'm looking to discuss:

Who are guys that progressed the most in a year ( I know it's based on potential but maybe can find underrated guys)

What were your training strategies, from intensity to what areas of focus

Did you play games/sim or something else?

I'd like to learn the best methods so we all could train more efficiently and find those hidden gem guys that progress better than expected.

I would like to know this as well. I Always love making young teams and turning them into contenders.

Re: Best Training Progression

I'm only in the second year of my Bucks MyGM, But Jabari went up to an 86. He finished the season at an 80 then off season progression, went up +6. I kept all my progression for players on Natural. And adjust the team training, to 40 Fundamentals and 30 for the other two. All my young guys went up. Giannis is an 80 overall now too.

Re: Best Training Progression

Embiid and Noel progress good so far. And they complement each other. It's just tough making shots with the 76ers but I manage to squeeze myself into the playoffs with a 42-42 record on my 2nd season.

Re: Best Training Progression

Do you guys change the home and away intensity levels for training or have y'all left them at medium?

Re: Best Training Progression

I set all players for individual training team training approach will just make people mad about wanting different intensities.

Also you can change player type trading by pressing y or triagle in the by player type screen. They also tell you what type of player your player is most suited to be. For example I have Zach lavine he is most suited to be an athletic pg but his athletic skills are near max so I set him to play making. With train by player type they learn multiple skills slowly and loose skills slower.

Also with intensity leave players who have high or legendy work ethic on high or very high intensity. If they complain drop down to medium.
