Can't connect to the servers

I cant connect to the servers. I can see my vc. If I play a quick offline match I will receive the vc but I can't play online.
In my other account game works normally.
I have delete my account from ps4 and i logged in again but nothing fixed. Do you know what to do?

Yes, I have send message to. Seems 2k response only to locker code issues
