Roster updated

How can I know if I have the last version of the 2k roster ?
If I go to Option > create a roster > then i select the first roster on the top "official 2k sport roster" i downolad a roster without any inj... Is it correct ?
Is this the right way to have the last version of official roster ?

If garcia is on the rockets, you have the latest roster update.

Just checked: Garcia is on th rockets, BUT there are no injury in the roster... Is it normal ?

I dont think there is a roster out with injuries. Paul George has been activated since release date. Assuming they are waiting until the season starts. Oct 28th
