Does sideline awareness still seem like an issue to you?

I am still seeing many instances when a player will catch a pass near the sideline, turn upfield ok, but then step out of bounds when they were clearly headed up field a yard or two inside the sideline. Are you guys still seeing that? Talk about a drive killer!

I know they improved the WR toe touches on sideline passes, but this area seems bothersome too. Catching and turning while in bounds and just stepping out of bounds with one foot (not momentum caused)...

I have the same problem still. It feels pointless to throw to my RB on anything but a circle route since he'll just run out of bounds for no/minimal gain.

Is there a trick to it that I haven't found?

I am having the same problems mostly on flat routes with my TEs. I hate when it is 3rd and 5 and the computer throws it to a guy who would have gotten the first but steps out for a 1 yard gain.

Balance is just an area where this game does not excel in a few places

I nearly started the same thread. It just seems like receivers are slow to cut up field and just run out of bounds.

I make a concious decision not to use turbo on receptions in the flat

How you lead pass the ball can help too

I throw to the flat frequently.

This is a throw to the RB in the flat to the short side of the field.

It seems like it is something of an issue yes. If you don't press any direction or press turbo that usually will help keep your guy in bounds though.

Still doesn't help the CPU always running out of bounds though.
