2k15 MyPark Brand Question

If I choose one brand and my friend chooses another, can we still play with each other, on the same team I mean.

Seriously? That's the one thing that I now really dislike about this game.

Just want to make sure that somebody can confirm that we HAVE to be the same brand affiliation?

I'll confirm. You HAVE to be on the same brand to play together. All the teams are rivals, so if you play on the team you're on, you ONLY play on a team with people from your brand. You can travel to other courts when you reach a higher level, but then you can only play against them. So if you want to team up or be on a squad, you need to be on the same team: Flyers, Rivet City, etc.

Do the affiliations give certain bonuses or boosts? Like the flyers make you better at shooting or defense?

Yes. At the start there is a description below each and you can choose from there.. I believe there is also an option to abandon your team
