NBA 2k15 MyGM Player Roles

Any way to change player roles in MyGM? Player roles are still in (when you go to sign a free agent, it will say something like "I want $2.2m per year in the sixth man role"), but you can't change the role when signing a free agent, nor does there appear to be a way to do so for players on your roster. I want to change roles so that when I'm setting my rotation, not everyone wants 25+ minutes a game. For example, it is telling me to give Mo Williams more minutes when I reduce them under 20. I am assuming that if I keep his minutes under 20, he will get mad and leave. Is there any way to change roles before the season or during to keep players happy?

I have to bump this thread, because I am also curious about this. I looked forever last night to see if there is a way to change player roles like in years past. Does anyone know?

I'm also finding Giannis getting upset with playing 30 minutes off the bench. A 19 year old should not be upset about playing 30 mpg. He's only coming off bench because I like his versatility with my 2nd team in the game more and Parker was getting eaten alive at PF on the glass.

Great question. I didn't realize this until iman shumpert came into my office upset saying he wanted more time, I said sure until I looked at his previous few games and saw I was already giving him 29 min per.

Week later he comes in again saying he needs to be starting then I'm like ok he bugging lemme change his role...................

Adjust the players minutes in the coaching gameplan section. Giving a player more minutes than your current starter will up his role.
