Grass vs turf in new stadiums

There does not appear to be an option to choose if you would like a grass or turf surface when building a new stadium. Are any of the pre-loaded templates grass fields? I've built a futuristic and a traditional, and they both come with turf surfaces. I'm looking to build the Vikings a new stadium with a grass field.

I've yet to try on M15, but on M25 all the new stadiums to choose from had a weird turf/grass hybrid thing that doesn't quite exist in reality.

It made no sense and none of the original stadiums in the game had it.

I wouldn't mind if they made all the stadiums turf and didn't let you choose. Just no more of this hybrid monster.

I am wanting to do the same thing and really wanted a grass field. I had planned on going with the traditional stadium, guess I may need to rethink that.
