CM Youth Scouting Question

Last year's game had the most fertile youth squad scouting grounds in Brazil, Argentina, Spain and Italy...there was a poster that had looked at the PC files to see the probability of finding great youth players that backed that up.

My question is whether those 4 are still the best places to send your scouts for Fifa 15?

i would say they still probably are because realistically those 4 places do produce the best football players, but i don't know for sure.

Yeah, I have a youth scout in Brazil currently in my CM.

Germany produces beasts. I have signed 2 from there in the first 3 months of my CM. Both with potentials of 71-94 one a MF and ones a CDM/CB. Argentina only gave me one good one in the first few months an attacking winger with a 90 potential.

I hired 3 5 star scouts because I turn off the first transfer window and had a pile of cash sitting there.
