Arena Atmosphere annoyances

The Same thing as last years next gen. Why the Heck does every arena look like theres a power outage and air quality hazard going on? Thank god the next gen is coming to pc and im praying it can be fixed. The atmosphere is a big deal to me. I only like the low lights when i play the lakers or the knicks. not every single arena!. Ive been to arco arena/ sleep train and it looks not 1 bit majestic/epic. More like bright as the day and dumpy.
