Has anyone created a guide for creating a fictional NFL landscape? I wanted to start a CFM and relocate all the teams. I also wanted the keep divisions geographically sound.

Second question, is there anyway to start a CFM with the franchise already moved?

Just put the teams in the geography based sections yourself...not really hard to figure out and no, no way to do that

I don't think you can relocate every team seeing as there is only about 17 option's to relocate to. I could be wrong but I think the game only allows one team per city.

Last year at least you could move two teams to one city if the city was big enough for example I moved two teams to LA. it'd still be hard to move all 32 though I think. Divisions would be pretty messed up too I think
