Waiting for User, Always Fun

So I'm actually ahead of someone after a period..and we're stuck on the usual 'waiting for user' screen.. and I'm getting chewed out by the guy on the other side because I haven't turned mine off yet to give him the win.. just funny listening to the other guy try and talk me into quitting .. obviously it's NOT going to come back but I'm having fun listening to the guy every couple minutes tells me he can wait all night for me to quit.

.. as if EA's problems are one user or another's fault.. time to put more hamsters in the wheel EA!

After an hour and half I gave up and turned off the X-Box and just took the loss from a 1-0 first period lead.. ran out of laundry to do by that point..

NOW It's not fun anymore.. next game.. after 1 period back to the waiting for user screen.. what a waste

I'm sure it is.. but he sure got angry/hot trying to blame me when we could still TALK to each other on mics.. kids playing the game don't understand that we're both screwed and the game won't come back

Nickflyers are you on xbox one as well?

I have played around 35 games Hut seasons (including 6 playoffs games this weekend) on PS4 and this has not happened to me yet. Or maybe am I just lucky?

I think what's happening is that the game is getting desynched, and when that happens, the game hangs indefinitely:

Once that happens, it's basically a "waiting contest," as the person who quits first will get the loss.

I had this happen once when I was winning after the first period as well, thought it was some sort of ISP glitch they used but perhaps was jut an EA error.

Got the looping issue once last night but it ended after the first period ended with no more whistles. Kept sending us back to around 3:33 and doing weird stuff.

Other than those two small issues, which I've only incurred once each; this game has been great. Love HUT again.
