Am I missing something?

So my understanding is from my recent download of the game on XB1: No player edits, no custom music, and is there no custom camera settings? I like to play custom level just above the typical shoot out level. In the standard cameras I saw "Ice" but it doesn't take you to a view ice level, but its actually just another overhead. Is there a way to get lower on the ice?
