Re: Clarkie's NHL 15 All-Star Slider Set

Got a game in with these this morning, felt pretty good all around. Had something like 7 penalties called against me and 3 against cpu, I need to learn to lay off the poke check haha. Cpu actually felt more aggressive on defense than with the modified superstar hardcore sliders I came up with. Going to get more games in with these for sure, thanks for posting them

Yeah I really like the speed of shots, passes and overall gameplay with these. And seem to be getting good amounts of penalties.

Re: Clarkie's NHL 15 All-Star Slider Set

Tried these out in a play now game: tampa (me) vs colorado. Seem to play good, im far from a avid hockey fan, score ended up 2-1 Colorado. I cannot win a faceoff to save my life, and they had like 40 shots on goal to my 30. Assume from me just trying to figure controls and defense. Only difference I changed was auto lines on. Anyway to keep camera going same direction? When half switched me to top to bottom, I struggled with controls, like to keep same way whole game. Nice set though, played realistic , saw several fouls and power plays on both sides.
Also, if you you start a beagm, do sliders stay the same I entered in main menu? Or I have to reenter?

I have only played in play now so far. So I am not sure about be a GM mode. As for the camera. Just change camera perspective from alternate to always up. Keep plugging away. You have to play real hockey to enjoy these.

Re: Clarkie's NHL 15 All-Star Slider Set

I played a few more games last night and made an adjustment to the faceoff difficulty. When I was a team with weaker faceoff men I wasn't winning any at all. And I know that even when one team is weaker than the other they still manage to win some. So 3 was the sweet spot for me. Next I might lower pass speed 1 notch to lower the amount if cross ice one timer goals. Stay tuned.

Re: Clarkie's NHL 15 All-Star Slider Set

I will be going with these for now. Played 3 games last night and had 3 amazing different style games. Random teams. This is the best version on NHL since 94. I will be starting a GM very soon. Just waiting for any game updated before I do.
