With Ray Rice being suspended indefinitely and the Ravens terminating his contract, will EA remove him from the game through a roster update?

I sure hope so, since there is no place in our society for people who commit such acts.

Any word on this from EA yet?

Was Vick removed? If so, then I think Rice would face the same fate on the game.

Vick went to prison. Different story. Incognito was still in the game last year. I expect him to still be in, though I am considering deleting him for the time being on my rosters. Just depends on what my downloaders want.

Yeah, I understand he was in prison, that wasn't my point. I was asking if Vick was still in the game while out of the league. I'm assuming he was, but as a free agent since he wasn't on a roster. Rice will probably be the same.

I agree, not much of a man to hit a woman under any circumstance. I have been debating on what to do with him in my roster. I have thought about lowering all his ratings way down that way he will rot away in FA pool. Only problem is I like to keep things realistic and my guess is some team will eventually give him a 2nd shot, just like the did with Michael Vick, which imo he shouldnt have ever been let back in for what he did. Might not happen this season, but Im sure some team will sign him, so thats why Im debating on whether or not to drop his rating way down so he rots in the FA pool. I can guarantee 1 thing he will never be signed by my team. I wish there was a way in this game to do dirty hits, that way if he ever gets signed I could cheap shot him, and I would cheap shot Vick any chance I get as well,lol. Both are trash in my book.

Source tells @FOXSports1 that @EASPORTS will remove Ray Rice from Madden '15 as part of Wk 1 update. Won't be on Ravens or free agent lists.

I think that's the right decision. He suspended indefinitely and more than likely won't play this season anyway, so why have him in the game?
