It says " when set to on, the cpu will automatically sign free agents for positions that do not have the minimum number of required players".

Is this for my team only or for the league?

Im playing single person online cfm.

I want to do all the work for my team, and not worry about the 31 other teams. Do i want this On or Off?

You want this off. It's only for teams that are user controlled.
