Moving my PS3 franchise to PS4

I'm sure this has been answered before, but I am going to buy a PS4 this weekend and I am wondering if I can carry over my MLB The Show and Madden franchises from PS3?

I've invested alot of time in my MLB franchise with the Cubs and I would hate to restart or flat give up on the game itself. The Madden franchise is no big deal.

Yes you can.
When you are ready....upload the franchise save to the Cloud. That save can be downloaded and played with the same PSN account.(that's what the Cloud is looking for in regards to the save)

Does it have to be the same cloud?

What if the cloud moves?

I mean it's pretty windy over here... I'm not sure how long clouds typically hang around, but I wouldn't want a cloud with my franchise in it to drift across the midwest!
