Help me choose my Keepers!

Hey guys I need some keeper advice! I have lots of very good choices and I'm struggling on what to do.. so looking for opinions!

League scoring is .5 ppr, rest standard. The way keepers work in my league is you can keep up to 3 players(players can be kept max of 3 times). Players drafted in the first 3 rounds are not eligible to be kept. Drafted players cost 2 rounds higher than the previous years draft position. Undrafted players cost 3 rounds.

Below are the options!

QB:
1. Russell Wilson - Drafted: 14 Keeper cost: 12

RBS:

1. Eddie Lacy - Drafted: 4 Keeper cost: 2

2. Zac Stacy - Drafted: UNDRAFTED Keeper cost: 14

3. Montee Ball - Drafted: 7 Keeper cost: 5

WRS:

1. Antonio Brown - Drafted: 6 Keeper cost: 4

2. Percy Harvin - Drafted: 17 Keeper cost: 15

TES:

1. Jordan Reed - Drafted: UNDRAFTED Keeper cost: 14

2. Jordan Cameron - Drafted: 15 Keeper cost: 13

Right now I'm leaning towards keeping all 3 RBS.. all are at pretty good value compared to where they are being drafted, but Harvin is really good value for a 15th round pick... anyways let me know what you think!
