Just curious as to how many fellow OS'ers are planning on carrying over their franchise from MLB '14 to MLB '15.

Myself, I am planning on doing so, unless there is something in MLB '15 that isn't compatible with the MLB '14 save file that I wouldn't want to miss out on.

You? Thoughts?

Absolutely.

I'm much more emotionally invested in my Franchise this year based on that promise. I'm honestly not sure what I would do if it fell through or if I was going to have to compromise on certain features.

It would be an under statement to say I hope they can make the transition smooth for us.

What they're promising is is pretty unprecedented but I've pretty much put all my chips in that basket that this works flawlessly.

They have a great team in SD. I have complete faith that they will follow through!

If I purchase mlbts15 I will carry over my franchise unless there is a new feature like create-a-team in which case I would start over.

I'm leaning toward renting the game before I buy next year.

The only reason I'm playing franchise and every game is because of this feature.

If it falls through I won't buy MLB '15.

The ability to transfer is a really cool feature. That said, I likely won't use it. I'll start fresh next year with a new dynasty. That's part of the appeal of a new game for me.

I certainly am planning on it... If the feature works as stated and there's not a bunch of new bugs introduced along the way.
And I will probably wait for a good month and a half to 2 months to read reviews before I even consider getting 15 to see how things pan out.

I will carry over from 14 to 15, and if all goes well with that transfer, then I'd like to go 15 to 16 also.
