I was ready until I read that Miami QB Kevin Olsen is suspended for the opener vs Louisville for a failed drug test.

Honestly how can stupid can you get. I guess we're going to run the ball on 3rd and 15.

I am really excited for Syracuse's season this year, I really think they can turn some heads in the national media. For the first time In years they start off somewhat easy with Villanova, Central Michigan, and Maryland. They have a bye week after CMU so I don't think they overlook CMU for Maryland or Maryland with ND. If they are 4-0 heading into the ND game at the Meadowlands, they will be very dangerous.

I don't think they have a shot at FSU or Clemson but I don't see any other definitive losses.

Low ball prediction is 6-6, 9-3 is possible, but I think they will end up at 8-4. 3rd in the ACC Atlantic division.

I'll be interested to see what the newcomers bring to the conference. The Miami/UL game will be fun to watch. I still don't see FSU falling however. Which is depressing to say the least.
