Team Chemistry fix?

Hello folks.

Is there a way to fix the team chemistry bug? It's not a problem with the social media chemistry, that's at 100%. I'm talking about the 0 to 10 team chemistry stat to that you see on the "home page" for your team. Mine is sitting at 1% now, and I don't know how to raise it. Someone in the main Last Gen forum here said it was a bug, so I thought maybe there was an .ini file or something you could edit to fix the problem.
