PYS Eephus Pitch?

I've been playing this series for some time now and just saw my first eephus pitch. The pitcher was a reliever on the Ham Fighters in PYS 2011.

Been messing around with the options in 11 and 12 and can come close to replicating Timing Hitting in The Show using Real Pitch Speed with Spirits Pitching Difficulty. I have to say that the hit variety is not that bad really actually pretty decent.

Just out of curiosity, is that game playable to someone who can't read Japanese?

That's cool. I bookmarked the site for future reference. I just realized there was no PS4 version and I don't have a PS3 right now.

Is the game engine comparable to anything we've had here?

Pro Yakyuu Spirits uses a more advanced version of the Power Pros gameplay engine (PS2, Wii, Xbox 360). Both games are made by Konami, but only Power Pros has ever appeared in North America.

In all likelihood, there will be a Japanese PS4 version next spring.

The spirit translation page is great, what i mainly use.

But for some ingame stuff I also use (think i posted it somewhere) my android phone and google translate camera feature, you take a picture of J text/characters and it translates to english, its awesome, quick and actually provides a decent translation.
