WC 2014 Digital download not loading, refund unlikely

So after 2 months of frustration and not getting WC to load 1 time. I contacted sony regarding a refund. As EA refuses to acknowledge its users and fix the issue And every other issue with the game. I feel i am entitled to a refund. Well, Because i earned a few trophy on the hard copy of the game i got from gamefly, I am not entitled to a refund. I inquired to the fact that what if those trophies had been earned playing the hard copy of the game. I was summarily advised that even then i would not be authorized to a refund. Basically if you have purchased the game but been unable to play it and or have not earned a trophy put in a work ticket through sony. Get your money back. I got hosed because of the ongoing issues that EA has caused and i am more than a lil upset about it

Sorry to hear that man, I don't have the game myself and one of the main reasons why is because since 2012, various EA sports games have either caused the PS3 to shut off or boot back to the "main menu." I have no idea why suddenly EA started having all these online/server related issues.

I got in contact with EA last night. They are having me perform a few simple steps to see if it works with the digital download. If not the rep is forwarding up and trying to have a physical copy shipped to me.
